Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Fees

    • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

    • Fees for visa processing, job consultation, and business registration are non-refundable once submitted to the respective authorities.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds may be issued at our discretion only if services were not provided as agreed.

  3. Cancellation & Refund Requests

    • All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

      1. Consultation Services

      India: $30 consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is provided.

      Europe: $100 consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is provided.

      2. Paid Assistance & Additional Services

      Fees for additional services are non-refundable after service initiation.

      3. Digital Marketing Services Georgia, (Dubai, UAE)

      Payments for digital marketing campaigns are final. Partial refunds may apply if the service is not delivered due to our fault.

      4. Service Cancellation

      If canceled before service initiation, a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
